    Très sympa ces téglias ! Effectivement je n'avais pas pensé à une coupe 4x4 pour arriver a 150 pièces car habituellement je faisais découper en 5x5.

    Du coup j'ai regarder du côté de google, c'est une préparation que tu fais toi même ? Tu mélanges avec du boeuf c'est bien ça ?

    Les sportifs sont des gourmands !

    Le straccetti est une manière de découper un ingrédient en Italie, cela ressemble à des filaments, on en fabrique avec de la viande, des fruits ou des légumes. Dans mon cas, ce sont des straccetti de tomate qui étaient vendus par les MARCHES D'ITALIE. Malheureusement ce produit est devenu introuvable aujourd'hui, très complexe et couteux à fabriquer, il nous en reste quelques bocaux, mais après...
